How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for the ordered goods on our website in two ways:
- Payment in cash when picking up the shipment from the express mail courier,
- Payment to dinars/foreign currency account in UniCredit bank,
- By payment cards: Visa, Master and Maestro
How long does delivery take
From the moment of receiving the purchase order, we deliver goods in Serbia in 5 working days, and abroad in 8 working days.

I am a registered buyer and I purchased from you before, however, I changed my e-mail address. What should I do in this case?
You can change your e-mail address after logging in to the site in the ‘My Account’ section. You can also send us new information to info@zicka.rs and we will change it instead.
I ordered the product by mistake. Can I cancel my order?
In this case, you need to send us an e-mail to info@zicka.rs within 2 hours after completing the order, where you will specify the number of the order, which we will cancel immediately.
If you do not do it within the specified time, the goods will be sent, in which case the costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
Can I return the ordered goods?
You can return the ordered goods within 15 days of receipt. The goods must be in the original packaging, undamaged and unused. The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods.
What happens if the goods I receive are damaged? Can I replace it and in what way?
Yes, there is a possibility of replacing damaged goods and the manner and conditions under which this can be done are described in detail here. If your shipment arrived damaged, it is best to contact the courier service that delivered the package within 24 hours, in order to make a report. If the goods arrived undamaged but are faulty, contact us to send you a replacement.
How do I know I have completed the order?
When you click on the “Send order” button, the message “Your order has been successfully completed” will appear on the screen and the e-mail you entered and used to purchase, will receive an order confirmation with all the products you have ordered, price and total amount with the shipping cost.
I forgot my login password. What should I do?
All you need to do is click on the “Forgot your password?” link on the’ Login’ or ‘click here’ page. Then, in the window that will open, enter your e-mail address that you forwarded to us when signing up. Your password will arrive at this address and you will be able to use our services without interruption.
I entered wrong information about myself and only later did I see the mistake. How do I fix that?
You can change your data when you log in to our site with your username and password and access the “My Account” page. Here, you can also change other personal data, view your orders, their status, and favorite products.
How long is my order valid for?
Goods ordered through our website will be stored on hold for 7 days. Until then, we expect your payment. Otherwise, we will cancel the order and consider that you have canceled it. During this period, the prices we kept on hold will be subject to the prices that were at the time of your order, regardless of whether the price has changed in the meantime. Of course, this applies to all orders where an initial payment is expected. In case you pay by cash on delivery, we will send the goods to you with the first delivery (depending on the delivery time of the ordered items).
