Where are the goods delivered?
We deliver the ordered items on the territory of the Republic of Serbia and all over the world.
After you have completed the ordering process by clicking the “Confirm” button, you will automatically receive a confirmation email about a successful purchase to your e-mail address, which you registered when filling out the data. With that, your order has entered the process of processing and sending, and you can expect delivery within 5 working days, which is when the goods are delivered in Serbia. When goods are delivered to a country in the world, the delivery time is 8 working days.
In case of ambiguities or any problems related to your order, our operator will contact you.
Taking delivery of the shipment
Couriers deliver the shipment to the delivery address in the period from 8 am to 7 pm. Please ensure that there is a person at the address who can pick up the shipment during this period. When picking up the shipment, it is necessary to visually inspect the package so that there is no visible damage. If you notice that the transport box is significantly damaged and suspect that the product may be damaged, refuse to accept the shipment and notify us immediately.
If the shipment is seemingly undamaged, feel free to pick up the shipment and sign the courier’s address book.
The courier tries to deliver each shipment twice. It is common practice that if the courier does not find you at the address, he will call you on the phone you left when creating the purchase order and arrange a new delivery date. If he still can’t find you at the address, the shipment will be returned to us if the delivery is in Serbia. Upon receipt of the shipment, we will contact you to determine the reason for non-delivery and agree on resending.
If the delivery is abroad, we deliver the goods via DHL. Also, the DHL courier will try to contact you by phone and try to deliver the package to you twice. All shipments sent by DHL are non-refundable. If you leave the wrong address, phone number or email when giving your address, DHL will try to contact you twice. After that, the sent package will be stored for 30 days in the DHL warehouse, and then destroyed. Note: DHL does not ship goods to P.O. box.

You can make payments on our site in three ways:
- Redemption – You pay the entire amount of the order + postage upon collection. Payment is made exclusively in cash, courier on hand.
- Payment card (VISA, MASTER, MAESTRO) – If you have chosen this method of payment on the site, you will see a form for entering information about your payment card. After confirming the payment, funds in the amount of your order will be reserved on your account. After the delivery of the ordered products, the reserved funds will be removed from the card. If the transaction is not completed for some reason, you will be notified of the failed transaction. Then you can try again or choose another payment method. For security reasons, your payment card information is only visible to the payment service provider as a card processor, so the complete billing process is performed on the payment service provider’s website. When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via the public network in a protected (encrypted) form.
- By payment to the current account – After the purchase process, we will send you payment instructions to your email address. You can make further payments at post and bank counters or by e-banking account.
Data protection when paying by cards
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using SSL protocol, using the most modern methods of tokenization of sensitive data, and in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. Data security at the time of purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor. At no time is payment card information available to the merchant.
3D Secure protection for all merchants and customers – AllSecure Payment Gateway uses the highest global standards of data protection and privacy. All merchants using the AllSecure Payment Gateway are automatically included in 3D-Secure protection, which guarantees customers the security of their purchase. Customer payment card numbers are not stored on the merchant’s system and the registration itself is protected by SSL data encryption.
PCI DSS Standards – AllSecure Payment Gateway is constantly complying with all the requirements of card organizations in order to increase the level of security of merchants and customers. From 2005 until today, without interruption, the system is certified as PCI-DSS Level 1, which is the highest standard in the industry. The PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) is a standard that defines the necessary security measures when processing, storing and transmitting sensitive card data. PCI Standards protect sensitive cardholder data throughout the payment process: from the moment of entering data at the merchant’s point of sale, during communications between the merchant and relevant banks and card organizations, as well as the subsequent storage of such data.
